Warranty

We provide the manufacturer warranty and will assist in submitting to Manufacturer.
A “manufacturer warranty” means that when you purchase a product, the company that made it guarantees to repair or replace it if it develops defects within a specified period, and the seller will help you initiate the process of making a claim with the manufacturer if needed.

Example: If you buy a new TV and it stops working within a year, you can contact the TV manufacturer to make a warranty claim to get it repaired or replaced, and the retailer where you bought it might help you initiate the process.

Return Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase and need to return it? No problem! Our ultimate goal is to make your return experience as quick and easy as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with My Favorite Pool Store, Inc… Shopping and returning is easy with My Favorite Pool Store, Inc… Most online purchases can be initiated online. If it is more convenient for you, bring your return back to the store.
30 Day Return Policy
Whether you made your purchase in a My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. or online, if you’re not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. All returns require proof of purchase still in the unopened original packaging and or are subject to refund verification system approval.

Special Orders

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., will charge 25% restocking fee on special orders.
Proof of Purchase
For store purchases, the cash register receipt or any transactions attached to a customer’s rewards club account serves as proof of purchase for items bought at your local My Favorite Pool Store, Inc.

Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date require refund verification system approval. Approved returns without a receipt require a valid State or Federal ID. If approved, the item will be returned for the current item price, and any refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Approved returns with a receipt after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as a gift card. (My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.)

Refunds

Refunds for items returned to your local My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided; in some cases, exceptions apply, and a gift card will be issued. (My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.)
How long does my return take?

In store Returns will be processed immediately and the time it takes for the credit to show is dependent on your bank’s processing time.

If you are shipping your return back, please allow 72 business hours for processing time upon receipt of your return.

Freight Returns

Returns that are returned and require shipping. The customer is to pay the cost of returning freight.

Website Images

Make sure you read the description on the website for products you are purchasing, images may be a representation of the product. I.E., a PVC fitting description may list a product as a 1” coupling. The image zoomed in on may show a 2” coupling. The item to be sold and or shipped will be the 1” coupling.

Pricing

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., makes its best efforts to display the up-to-date pricing. Due to changing supplier pricing our store and website prices can change without notice.

Gift Card

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., wants to make sure you understand that if you lose your gift card and do not have the receipt, your chances of recovering the funds are significantly reduced. My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., cannot replace a lost gift card without proof of purchase like a receipt. We will not know if the gift card has been redeemed. The Gift Card data is stored on a cloud server and My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. is not responsible if the data is lost due to the storage failing.

Loyalty Points

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., offers loyalty points on most purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of your receipt in case the information is lost. The Loyalty points data is stored on a cloud server and My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. is not responsible if the data is lost due to the storage failing.

Sale Loyalty Points

Sale items may use part of the discount to be given as loyalty points. Check with the store representative for details.
